Michael Kinney


Michael is a trial attorney with experience in all aspects of civil litigation,

including commercial and business disputes, discrimination claims, administrative proceedings, zoning, land use and real estate disputes, eminent domain and public procurement challenges.  Michael has represented businesses, individuals and public bodies before state and federal courts and administrative agencies in multiple jurisdictions throughout the country.


Formerly practicing with two international law firms, Michael earned a

reputation as a creative and effective advocate.  As a co-founder of a high-technology company, Michael is aware of a business client's perspective and the practical value of efficient dispute resolution.
