Bryan has been a key staff member since April of 2004 and holds a vast array of institutional knowledge of the firm’s clients, business procedures and policy. In his role as Business manager, Bryan performs many of the operational tasks necessary to run the day-to-day business functions, including payroll, bookkeeping, client services, accounting analyses, scheduling and billing. In his role as legal assistant, Bryan supports each attorney in both transactional and litigation matters including legal support for the civil and business litigation practice in state, federal, and appellate courts. He also assists the firm’s attorneys in the areas of corporate and municipal law; real estate, property owners associations, wills and trusts, and contract dispute resolution.
In addition to Bryan's experience with the firm, he concurrently holds
a principal broker’s license and is the sole owner and Managing Member of Turner Realty, LLC. His sixteen years as a licensed agent lends itself to many of the transactional matters handled by the firm.
From 2017 to 2019, Bryan has been enrolled in the Virginia Law Reader
Program as administered by the Virginia Board of Bar Examiners and under the supervision of Rhonda Paice. Bryan hopes to earn his eligibility to sit for the February, 2020 Bar examination. Upon completion, he hopes to expand his capacity within the firm and join his colleagues in the practice of law.
